**Private Sauna Recovery & Reset ** Enjoy the full Recovery & Reset space privately 💙 Your session includes exclusive use of the sauna, cold plunge and cold shower, with a private changing room available for you and your group. Take the hour at your own pace to switch off, recover and reset. **Private 60-minute session — €50** Please bring your own towel, water and **suitable footwear/flip-flops**, as there is a stone area around the facilities. **Health & Safety** Use of the sauna, cold plunge and cold shower is at your own risk. By booking, you confirm that you and anyone attending with you are fit and well to use the facilities and agree to follow all safety guidance provided. Do not use the facilities if you are feeling unwell, dehydrated or under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If you are pregnant or have heart, blood pressure, circulatory or other medical concerns, please seek medical advice before use. Stop immediately if you feel dizzy, faint, unwell or uncomfortable. JDU Fitness is not responsible for injury or loss arising from misuse of the facilities or failure to follow safety guidance. Nothing in this notice excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
