Booking Policy

You cannot reschedule or cancel a class if it is less than 4 hours before the class starts. If you do not have a subscription and have booked a single class for €10, please be aware that if you cancel the class, the payment will not be refunded or credited back. To avoid losing your payment, make sure to reschedule your class on the website. Currently, we do not offer the option to reschedule classes on the app, so you will need to do this via the website. Rescheduling your booking instead of canceling will ensure that you do not lose the money you paid
